SPW Extension

Description

The WaterFlow module of SPW software allows you to draw the finite difference flow grid.

The filtration network (or flow grid) is defined by two sets of family lines perpendicular to each other, better known as flow lines and equipotential lines.

The water table must be assigned to activate the water flow from upstream to downstream (from an area with given energy to another area with lower energy).

It is also necessary to define the depth of the waterproof layer and the step assigned to the flow lines.

The larger the numerical value assigned to the step, the more extended the flow channels will be.

The flow grid can be exported as an image or a DXF.
