This information is intended for all those who visit and interact with the website and www.geostru.eu seeking access to the services provided, including selling products via the web (“e-commerce”).
The site is owned by EngSoft S.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Romania – EU VAT RO30277934. Following its statutory objectives, it has created the technological platform of the site and identified the technical procedures for organizing the e-commerce service.
The e-commerce service is provided by EngSoft S.R.L., which processes purchase orders through its platform under technical and organizational procedures.
To facilitate the online process, when filling out the order form, the user will see the personal information that has previously been entered in the registration form and is required to complete the process of service delivery (e.g. name, surname, address), without re-entering the data into the corresponding fields of the order form.
The user allows EngSof S.R.L. the collection of data (which EngSoft will treat in compliance with the Privacy Code according to the customer’s country) and email address necessary to the process of service delivery, data that will be given to EngSoft S.R.L. only through the selection of the button that enables the transmission of the purchase order and not before.
WITHDRAWAL
For purchases made in the course of a trade, business or profession, the right of withdrawal does not apply: the law reserves it to consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU).
For any purchase made by a consumer — a natural person buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession — the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days; the software, however, is digital content supplied by download: by completing the purchase the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the software is downloaded or the licence is activated (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU).
Statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product remain unaffected, as does the correction of technical payment errors (duplicate charge, amount different from the one displayed).
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The electronic delivery consists of downloading the item from our user area and is free of additional charges. It allows you to activate the software via the web and be up and running in a few hours.
PRICES
Product prices include the instructions manual (provided in pdf format) and do not include VAT, which is added in compliance with international laws.

UPDATES
Free updates are available for the first year. After that, the price depends on the number of programmes owned and is calculated as a percentage of the current list price.
Customers are automatically notified about the subscription expiry about one month before the expiry date, and reminders are sent weekly.
Customers can place the order by following the link in the email they have received or accessing their reserved area on the website.
