Ele constituie solu\u0163ii economice \u015fi o bun\u0103 alternativ\u0103 la m\u0103surile ce au la baz\u0103 ziduri rigide din beton sau structuri masive de suport. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 plasele conven\u0163ionale din s\u00e2rm\u0103, pe pia\u0163\u0103 sunt disponibile \u015fi plase realizate din o\u0163el de \u00eenalt\u0103 rezisten\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acestea din urm\u0103 pot absorbi for\u0163e substan\u0163ial mai mari ce sunt transferate ulterior ancorajelor. Pentru dimensionarea sistemelor flexibile pentru stabilizarea taluzurilor \u015fi versan\u0163ilor au fost dezvoltate concepte speciale pentru utilizarea lor pe pante abrupte \u00een soluri mai mult sau mai pu\u0163in omogene sau cu roc\u0103 fracturat\u0103. Stabiliz\u0103rile implementate \u00een sol \u015fi roc\u0103, urmate sau nu de o revegetare, confirm\u0103 faptul c\u0103 aceste m\u0103suri sunt adecvate \u00een practic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>INTRODUCERE<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Folosirea plaselor din o\u0163el \u015fi a re\u0163elelor din cabluri pentru stabilizarea taluzurilor \u015fi versan\u0163ilor \u00een mod flexibil \u015fi-a demonstrat aplicabilitatea \u00een numeroasele aplica\u0163ii \u015fi des sunt alternative la construc\u0163iile masive din beton. Structura deschis\u0103 a plaselor, mai mult, permite realizarea unei reveget\u0103ri complete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen majoritatea cazurilor, plasele din s\u00e2rm\u0103 folosite la\u00a0stabilizarea taluzurilor \u015fi versan\u0163ilor au rezisten\u0163a de rupere la trac\u0163iunea firului de s\u00e2rm\u0103 de aprox. 500 N\/mm2. A\u0219adar, dac\u0103 se dore\u015fte o distan\u0163\u0103 economic\u0103 \u00eentre ancoraje, adesea aceast\u0103 simpl\u0103 plas\u0103 nu are capacitatea de a absorbi for\u0163ele \u015fi a le transmit\u0103 c\u0103tre ancore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dezvoltarea unei plase realizat\u0103 din s\u00e2rm\u0103 din o\u0163el de \u00eenalt\u0103 rezisten\u0163\u0103 cu rezisten\u0163a de rupere la trac\u0163iune a firului de s\u00e2rm\u0103 de cel pu\u0163in 1,770 N\/mm2 ofer\u0103 noi posibilit\u0103\u0163i de a stabiliza mai eficient \u015fi economic pantele. Modele de dimnesionare adaptate, lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare statica solului \u015fi a rocii, servesc la dimensionarea acestor stabiliz\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>PLASE DIN O\u0162EL DE \u00ceNALT\u0102 REZISTEN\u0162\u0102 PENTRU STABILIZAREA ACTIV\u0102 A TALUZURILOR<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plasele din s\u00e2rm\u0103 de o\u0163el de \u00eenalt\u0103 rezisten\u0163\u0103 au fost dezvoltate pentru stabilizarea taluzurilor \u015fi versan\u0163ilor \u015fi sunt disponibile pe pia\u0163\u0103 sub denumirea TECCO\u00ae. Standard, este realizat\u0103 din s\u00e2rm\u0103 de o\u0163el cu diametrul de 3 mm \u015fi are o acoperire aluminiu-zinc \u00eempotriva coroziunii. Forma de diamant a ochiului are dimensiunea de 83 mm \u00b7 143 mm \u015fi este realizat printr-o simpl\u0103 r\u0103sucire. Plasa standard din s\u00e2rm\u0103 de o\u0163el TECCO\u00ae ofer\u0103 o rezisten\u0163\u0103 de rupere la trac\u0163iune de 150 kN\/m. Valoarea aceasta reprezint\u0103 rezisten\u0163a minim\u0103 la rupere garantat\u0103. Structura tridimensional\u0103 ofer\u0103 o transmitere optim\u0103 a for\u0163elor de la sol c\u0103tre plas\u0103 pe de o parte \u015fi o fixare avantajoas\u0103 pentru realizarea reveget\u0103rii pe de alt\u0103 parte. \u00cen compara\u0163ie cu plasele din s\u00e2rm\u0103 de o\u0163el tradi\u0163ionale disponibile pe pia\u0163\u0103 cu dimensiunea ochiului \u015fi diametrul s\u00e2rmei comparabile, aceast\u0103 plas\u0103 de s\u00e2rm\u0103 din o\u0163el de \u00eenalt\u0103 rezisten\u0163\u0103 cu propriet\u0103\u0163ile ei specifice are capacitatea de a absorbi \u015fi transmite for\u0163e de aproximativ trei ori mai mari. Stabilizare activ\u0103 a taluzurilor din sol sau roc\u0103 cu plase din o\u0163el de \u00eenalt\u0103 rezisten\u0163\u0103 \u00een combinatie cu ancorajul pentru sol sau roc\u0103<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>CONCEPTUL DE DIMENSIONARE AL SISTEMELOR FLEXIBILE PENTRU STABILIZAREA TALUZURILOR \u0218I VERSAN\u021aILOR \u00ceN SOL SAU ROC\u0102 FOARTE ALTERAT\u0102<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dimensionarea a fost creat\u0103 pentru dimensionarea sistemelor flexibile pentru stabilizarea taluzurilor \u015fi versan\u0163ilor ce sunt alc\u0103tuite din plasa de o\u0163el ce acoper\u0103 taluzul \u00een combina\u0163ie cu ancorajul pentru taluzuri din sol \u015fi taluzuri din roc\u0103 deteriorat\u0103, fragmentat\u0103. Ea include investig\u0103ri ale instabilit\u0103\u0163ilor locale \u00eentre tijele de ancoraj \u015fi deasemenea investiga\u0163ii ale instabilita\u0163ilor de suprafa\u0163\u0103 paralele cu panta. \u00cen felul acesta, accelera\u0163iile datorate cutremurului \u015fi presiunea de curgere \u00een cazul satur\u0103rii complete pot fi luate \u00een considerare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Investigarea instabilit\u0103\u0163ilor locale (Fig. 2) se refer\u0103 la corpurile predispuse la alunecare local\u0103 \u00eentre tijele individuale. Instabilit\u0103\u0163i locale \u00eentre tijele individuale<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Din desenul de mai sus se poate observa c\u0103 fiec\u0103rei tije \u00eei corespunde un c\u00e2mp cu l\u0103\u0163imea a \u015fi lungime 2 b ce trebuie asigurat \u00eempotriva instabilit\u0103\u0163ii locale. Pornind de la acest c\u00e2mp, corpurile predispuse s\u0103 se desprind\u0103 vor avea o lungime maxim\u0103 2 b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sec\u0163iunea panei maxime predispus\u0103 la desprindere este substan\u0163ial influen\u0163at\u0103 de prezentul concept de protec\u0163ie. Plasa este pretensionat\u0103 asupra suprafe\u0163ei cu o for\u0163\u0103 V prin intermediul piuli\u0163ei \u015fi a pl\u0103cii de ancoraj ce apas\u0103 asupra solului. Suprafa\u0163a este imediat stabilizat\u0103 \u00een jurul tijei. Modelul pentru dimensionare ia in considerare acest fapt (Fig. 3). For\u0163a maxim\u0103 P urmeaz\u0103 a fi determinat\u0103 variind \u00eenclinarea suprafe\u0163ei de alunecare &#8211; unghiul \u03b2 \u015fi grosimea stratului t lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare seismul (\u03b5v, \u03b5h) precum \u015fi presiunea de curgere rezulat\u0103 \u00een urma satur\u0103rii complete cu ap\u0103 (FSI, FSII).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-98157 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/f4-300x167.png\" alt=\"Echilibru conform mecanismului de alunecare intre doua corpuri\" width=\"300\" height=\"167\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/f4-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/f4.png 353w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Urm\u0103toarele dou\u0103 verific\u0103ri de siguran\u0163\u0103 trebuie \u00eendeplinite pentru a investiga instabilitatea local\u0103 \u00eentre tijele individuale:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Testul rezisten\u0163ei plasei la for\u0163a t\u0103ietoare \u00een zona pl\u0103cii de ancorare prin aplicarea for\u0163ei P;<br \/>\n\u2022 Testul rezisten\u0163ei plasei la transmiterea for\u0163ei Z \u00een direc\u0163ie paralel\u0103 cu panta spre tija superioar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Investiga\u0163iile instabilit\u0103\u0163ii superficiale paralele cu panta (Fig. 4) se refer\u0103 la stratul de suprafa\u0163\u0103 ce tinde s\u0103 se desprind\u0103 de solul stabil (ca \u015fi combina\u0163ie a numeroaselor instabilit\u0103\u0163i \u00eentre tijele de ancorare).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tija de ancoraj are scopul de a stabiliza stratul superficial instabil ca \u015fi \u00eentreg. Astfel un corp de form\u0103 cubic\u0103 de l\u0103\u0163ime a, lungime b \u015fi grosime t este fixat prin intermediul tijei cu o anumit\u0103 siguran\u0163\u0103.
