In proiectarea structurilor stradale obiectivul este acela de a asigura, prin intermediul operatiunilor normale de mentenanta, un nivel minim de functionalitate pentru o perioada de timp determinata.<br \/>\nEste important sa observam ca refacerea stratului de uzura dupa un anumit numar de ani se considera ca o lucrare de mentenanta normala si previzibila avand scopul de a asigura caracteristicile necesare de aderenta ale structurilor stradale flexibile si semi-rigide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intrucat caracteristicile materialelor utilizate nu se mentin constante in timp, incarcarile sunt dispersate prin pozitie si entitate, iar fenomenul de cedare in sine datorat uzurii este un fenomen aleatoriu, obiectivul trebuind sa fie definit in termeni probabilistici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In proiectarea structurilor stradale trebuie definit:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Viata utila inteleasa ca numar de ani pe parcursul carora structura stradala trebuie sa asigure, prin intermediul normalelor operariuni de mentenanta, conditii de functionare superioare la starea limita, fiind definita egala cu 30 de ani pentru acest proiect<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Starea limita, adica nivelul minim de functionare a structurii<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fiabilitatea, adica probabilitatea ca structura sa fie in masura sa asigure operatii normale de mentenanta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Capacitatea portanta a substratului<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Capacitatea portanta a unui teren este capacitatea sa de a suporta sarcini\/incarcari fara a se verifica deformari excesive de tip elasto-plastic. Capacitatea portanta depinde de o serie de factori:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Natura, porozitatea si continutul de apa al terenului<\/li>\n<li>Entitatea, suprafata amprentei si viteza de aplicare a sarcinii si numarul de aplicari a sarcinii<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Capacitatea portanta poate fi reprezentata prin mai multi parametrii printre care modulul rezilien tMr si modulul de deformare Md. Acesti parametrii sunt obtinuti din rezultatele testelor experimentale.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Modulul rezilient<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru determinarea acestui modul se pleaca de la clasificarea terenurilor facuta de Casagrande, unde in functie de materialul din care este constituit substratul se obtine <strong>CBR <\/strong> de laborator. In mod specific, <strong>PIETRISUL ARGILOS <\/strong>are o valoare ce variaza intre 20 si 40, luandu-se <strong>CBRlab=40<\/strong>.<br \/>\nPrin intermediul acestei valori se poate calcula valoarea modulului rezilient folosind <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uniroma2.it\/didattica\/P&amp;MSV\/deposito\/sottofondi-summary.pdf\">monograma Giannini si Ferrari<\/a>, din lucrarea &#8222;Portanza dei sottofondi&#8221; si care ofera o valoare <strong>Mr=100 MPa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">METODA EMPIRICA AASHTO<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Metoda este empirica &#8211; statistica, adica se bazeaza pe observatii experimentale a parametrilor luati in considerare care sunt corelati cu functii de regresie astfel incat legaturile functionale sa fie corecte.<br \/>\nAceasta procedura consta in determinarea numarului de axe standard (8,2 ton) pe care structura rutiera le poate suporta, atingand un anumit grad de deteriorare finala (PSIf). Aceasta valoare este functie de diversi parametrii precum caracteristicile mecanice ale materialelor, grosimile diverselor strate ale structurii stradale, capacitatea portanta a substratului, etc.<br \/>\nAceste axe trebuie comparate cu traficul comercial ce se estimeaza a exista pe durata de viata utila a structurii rutiere pe banda cea mai incarcata.<\/p>\n<p>Verficarea consta in verificarea faptului ca numarul de axe standard pe care structura rutiera le poate suporta este mai mare decat numarul de axe echivalente tranzitate de-a lungul vietii utile a structurii.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Calculul Structural Number (SN)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cStructural\u00a0 number\u201d <strong>SN <\/strong>este un parametru ce tine cont de &#8222;rezistenta structurala&#8221; a structurii rutiere. Acesta este in functie de grosimea stratelor si de &#8222;rezistenta&#8221; materialelor folosite reprezentata prin intermediul &#8222;coeficientilor structurali de strat&#8221; si de sensibilitatea lor la apa reprezentata prin intermediul &#8222;coeficientilor de drenaj&#8221; mi.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Calculul traficului pe axe standard echivalente (N8.2ton)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cunoscand numarul de vehicule comerciale care tranziteaza banda cea mai lenta, la sfarsitul vietii utile, pentru a calcula numarul de axe echivalente, s-a facut apel la coeficientul de echivalenta si la spectrul de trafic sugerat de catalogul structurilor rutiere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ingpepi.it\/pdf\/CNR_178-Catalogo_delle_pavimentazioni_stradali.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-63519 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/rpd-1030x355.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/rpd-1030x355.jpg 1030w, https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/rpd-500x173.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/rpd-300x104.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/rpd-768x265.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/rpd.jpg 1530w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Calculul traficului suportabil (W18)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ecuatia pentru calculul traficului suportabil in termeni de axe standard echivalente de 8.2 ton a structurilor stradale flexibile este:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-59759\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/W18.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"649\" height=\"93\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/W18.png 649w, https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/W18-500x72.png 500w, https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/W18-300x43.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 649px) 100vw, 649px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verificare<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Metoda empirica se incheie verificand ca numarul de treceri de axe standard (N8,2) sa fie mai mic decat numarul maxim de treceri de axe standard suportabile de structura de paviment stradal (W8,2).<br \/>\nN8,2&lt;W8,2<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/ro\/shop\/software-ro\/structuri\/calcul-structuri-rutiere\/\">SOFTWARE DE CALCUL STRUCTURI STRADALE<\/a><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proiectarea unei structuri stradale de tip flexibil.
