EVALUAREA RISCULUI GEOTEHNIC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EVALUAREA RISCULUI GEOTEHNIC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen proiectarea geotehnic\u0103, \u00eenainte de a se stabili programul de investiga\u021bii geotehnice, este\u00a0necesar\u0103 o evaluare a riscului pe care \u00eel prezint\u0103 lucrarea care urmeaz\u0103 a se proiecta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen acest sens, normativul NP 074 introduce trei categorii geotehnice asociate cu riscul\u00a0geotehnic, considerat ca fiind redus \u00een cazul Categoriei geotehnice 1, moderat \u00een cazul\u00a0Categoriei geotehnice 2 \u0219i mare \u00een cazul Categoriei geotehnice 3. \u00cen normativ este\u00a0recomdandat\u0103 o metodologie care faciliteaz\u0103 \u00eencadrarea lucr\u0103rii \u00een una din cele trei categorii\u00a0geotehice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen NP 074, pentru definirea riscului geotehnic sunt lua\u021bi \u00een considerare cinci factori: condi\u021biile\u00a0de teren, apa subteran\u0103, clasa de importan\u021b\u0103 a construc\u021biei, vecin\u0103t\u0103\u021bile \u0219i zona seismic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Condi\u021biile de teren sunt grupate \u00een trei categorii, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>(a) Terenuri bune, conform tabelului 2.1<\/em><\/p>\n<table class=\" aligncenter\" style=\"height: 100%; Pentru definirea categoriei geotehnice se disting 3 situa\u021bii:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>a) excava\u0163ia nu coboar\u0103 sub nivelul apei subterane, nu sunt necesare epuizmente;<br \/>\nb) excava\u0163ia coboar\u0103 sub nivelul apei subterane, se prev\u0103d lucr\u0103ri normale de epuizmente\u00a0directe sau de drenaj, f\u0103r\u0103 riscul de a influen\u0163a nefavorabil structuri al\u0103turate;<br \/>\nc) excava\u0163ia coboar\u0103 sub nivelul apei subterane, \u00een condi\u0163ii hidrogeologice excep\u0163ionale,\u00a0impun\u00e2nd lucr\u0103ri de epuizmente cu caracter excep\u0163ional.<\/p>\n<p><em>Clasificarea construc\u021biilor dup\u0103 importan\u021b\u0103. Se utilizeaz\u0103 clasificarea \u00een patru categorii de\u00a0<\/em>importan\u021b\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu codul P 100-1:<\/p>\n<p>a) excep\u0163ional\u0103;<br \/>\nb) deosebit\u0103;<br \/>\nc) normal\u0103;<br \/>\nd) redus\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Vecin\u0103t\u0103\u021bile.<\/em> Se au \u00een vedere construc\u021biile \u0219i re\u021belele subterane aflate \u00een vecin\u0103tate, care pot fi\u00a0afectate de realizarea excava\u021biilor, a epuizmentelor \u0219i a lucr\u0103rilor de infrastructur\u0103 aferente\u00a0construc\u021biei care se proiecteaz\u0103. Din punctul de vedere al riscului pentru vecin\u0103t\u0103\u021bi se disting\u00a0trei situa\u021bii:<\/p>\n<p>a) risc inexistent;<br \/>\nb) risc moderat;<br \/>\nc) risc major.<\/p>\n<p>Zona seismic\u0103. \u00cen proiectarea geotehnic\u0103 sunt luate \u00een considerare trei tipuri de zone seismice\u00a0diferen\u021biate \u00een func\u021bie de valoarea accelere\u021biei terenului pentru proiectare ag, a\u0219a cum este\u00a0definit\u0103 \u00een codul P 100-1, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 zona cu ag &gt; 0,25g<br \/>\n\u2022 zona cu ag = (0,15 \u2026 0,25)g<br \/>\n\u2022 zona cu ag &lt; 0,15g<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemplificarea metodologiei din NP 074 are \u00een vedere cl\u0103dirile. Pentru lucr\u0103rile inginere\u0219ti\u00a0cum sunt drumurile, podurile, tunelurile, construc\u021biile hidrotehnice \u0219.a., \u00eencadrarea lucr\u0103rii \u00een\u00a0una din cele trei categorii geotehnice \u0219i, ca atare, asocierea acesteia cu riscul geotehnic,\u00a0trebuie s\u0103 se bazeze \u00een primul r\u00e2nd pe condi\u021biile de teren \u0219i pe cele privind apa subteran\u0103, dar\u00a0\u0219i pe experien\u021ba lucr\u0103rilor similare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen continuare se fac c\u00e2teva exemplific\u0103ri privind \u00eencadrarea unor lucr\u0103ri inginere\u0219ti \u00een\u00a0categoriile geotehnice:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>un tunel construit \u00eentr- roc\u0103 tare, nefracturat\u0103, poate fi \u00eencadrat \u00een Categoria geotehnic\u0103 2,\u00a0\u00een vreme ce acela\u0219i tunel construit \u00eentr-o argil\u0103 moale sau \u00eentr-un teren foarte permeabil,<br \/>\npoate fi \u00eencadrat \u00een Categoria geotehnic\u0103 3.<\/li>\n<li>excava\u021biile \u0219i rambleurile \u00een terenuri bune sau medii, f\u0103r\u0103 poten\u021bial de alunecare, pot fi\u00a0\u00eencadrate \u00een Categoria geotehnic\u0103 2, \u00een vreme ce acelea\u0219i lucr\u0103ri realizate pe<br \/>\namplasamente susceptibile de instabilitate, pot fi \u00eencadrate \u00een Categoria geotehnic\u0103 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conform NP 074 \u00eencadrarea preliminar\u0103 a unei lucr\u0103ri \u00een una din cele trei categorii\u00a0geotehnice, care \u00een mod normal trebuie s\u0103 se fac\u0103 \u00eenainte de investigarea terenului de fundare,\u00a0poate fi ulterior schimbat\u0103, ca urmare a rezultatelor investig\u0103rii terenului.<\/p>\n<p>La proiectare, nu este obligatoriu s\u0103 se trateze \u00eentreaga lucrare \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu exigen\u021bele\u00a0categoriei cele mai ridicate.
