Structural wells - Well Foundation is the software for the design and calculation of structural wells according to Eurocodes and NTC, both in static and seismic conditions. The foundation (or structural) wells are geotechnical works of considerable size with a high stiffness, mainly used as foundations of bridges piers and viaducts, replacing groups of piles, or as support works and stabilization of slopes. Well Foundation allows the complete design and verification of this type of work, in the various cases of use. Calculations can be carried out for wells immersed in homogeneous soils and in soils with various layers. The computational algorithm uses a Winkler-like interaction scheme, which is able to account for the nonlinearity of soil behavior.
The outputs are returned with a detailed calculation report complete with location and automatic import of seismic parameters. The technical drawings can be exported in *.DXF format.
