C\u00e1lculo del volumen geot\u00e9cnico significativo GIT<\/h4>\n

Los estudios geot\u00e9cnicos se deben programar en funci\u00f3n del tipo de obra y\/o intervenci\u00f3n y deben referirse al volumen geot\u00e9cnico significativo. El volumen geot\u00e9cnico significativo de terreno es la parte del subsuelo afectada, directa o indirectamente, por una construcci\u00f3n y que afecta a la construcci\u00f3n misma. Las investigaciones deben permitir definir los modelos geot\u00e9cnicos de subsuelo necesarios para proyectar. El proyectista es la persona responsable del plan de los estudios, de la caracterizaci\u00f3n y de la modelizaci\u00f3n geot\u00e9cnica.<\/strong><\/p>\n

GIT es el software que permite calcular el volumen geot\u00e9cnico significativo seg\u00fan: NTC 2018, Lancellotta e Calavera, Euroc\u00f3digo 7.<\/p>\n

El volumen significativo a estudiar est\u00e1 constituido por la masa de terreno dentro de la cual se sienten los efectos de la intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Estos pueden ser:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Cambios en el estado tensional por aumentos de presi\u00f3n (ej. cimentaciones) o descargas tensionales (excavaciones);<\/li>\n
  2. Variaciones en el r\u00e9gimen de las aguas subterr\u00e1neas por drenajes o impermeabilizaci\u00f3n provocados por las obras;<\/li>\n
  3. Contaminaci\u00f3n directa o provocada por las intervenciones;<\/li>\n
  4. Cambios en las condiciones de estabilidad de los taludes por variaciones altim\u00e9tricas o cambios en el r\u00e9gimen de las aguas;<\/li>\n
  5. Cambios ambientales por apertura de canteras de pr\u00e9stamo o acumulaciones de materiales provenientes de excavaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mediante el gr\u00e1fico de la distribuci\u00f3n de las tensiones en el subsuelo, se puede obtener la profundidad de estudio. En las ordenadas se presenta la profundidad de estudio en metros y en las abscisas las tensiones en kPa: con el cruce de la curva de la tensi\u00f3n litost\u00e1tica del terreno (celeste) y de la tensi\u00f3n de la carga puesta en superficie (Boussinesq – curva naranja), se obtiene el punto que indica la profundidad hasta la cual adentrarse con los estudios, expresada tambi\u00e9n \u00e9sta en metros.<\/p>\n
