Se puede acceder mediante el env\u00edo de un <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #3b8ced\"><a style=\"color: #3b8ced;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/support.geostru.eu\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ticket<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Este tipo de asistencia NO incluye la instrucci\u00f3n <\/strong>sobre c\u00f3mo se usa el software y sus funciones; para lo cual est\u00e1n disponibles los manuales presentes en la ficha t\u00e9cnica del software y en la p\u00e1gina <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geostru.eu\/es\/manuales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manuales<\/a>, en los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL1eCa1OxJalJ1NfgG54bVJQt8cg2IYJj4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">videos<\/a>\u00a0y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL615A211595DD9BA6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tutoriales<\/a>, en las <a href=\"https:\/\/support.geostru.eu\/it\/faq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAQ<\/a>. Para verificaciones o controles de datos contenidos en archivos enviados por los clientes, indicaciones sobre los datos a insertar y sobre los tipos de trabajos a ejecutar, indicaciones sobre criterios para proyectos, o sobre comprobaciones a adoptar, etc. se debe contar con la <strong>asistencia t\u00e9cnica GOLD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ejemplos de <strong>asistencia B\u00c1SICA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No se c\u00f3mo instalar el software;<\/li>\n<li>No logro activar la licencia del software;<\/li>\n<li>Me aparece un mensaje de error cuando intento abrir o guardar un archivo;<\/li>\n<li>Tengo problemas con las informes de c\u00e1lculo: las impresiones no corresponden a los resultados de c\u00e1lculo;<\/li>\n<li>He actualizado el software pero el problema persiste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El tempo de respuesta es de 24 horas, cuando la asistencia se solicita por medio de la plataforma de ticket, por email o mediante contacto telef\u00f3nico de parte de un operador. En caso de congesti\u00f3n de solicitudes los tiempos de respuesta podr\u00edan alargarse. Las solicitudes se evac\u00faan en orden de llegada y no es posible hacer excepciones por urgencias en la entrega de trabajos\/proyectos.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cabe precisar que la asistencia GOLD no abarca la solicitud del dise\u00f1o de la totalidad o parte de los proyectos, sino que abarca solo asesor\u00eda inherente a los software. La asistencia otorgada se relaciona exclusivamente con la soluci\u00f3n de eventuales problemas relativos a funciones t\u00e9cnicas de los software actualmente en producci\u00f3n. De este servicio se excluye la consultor\u00eda, la cual se concordar\u00e1 separadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Los clientes que cuentan con versiones <b>actualizadas<\/b> <b>actualmente en producci\u00f3n<\/b>, tendr\u00e1n acceso preferencial y prioritario a los t\u00e9cnicos m\u00e1s expertos del Servicio y recibir\u00e1n respuesta en 24 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Clientes que cuentan con versiones <b>no actualizadas<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pueden abrir el ticket pero la respuesta no es garantizada.<\/p>\n<p>La actualizaci\u00f3n del software GEOSTRU es muy econ\u00f3mica y conveniente.
