Il Piano di Manutenzione, introdotto dal nuovo corpo normativo sui Lavori Pubblici, \u00e8, ai sensi dell\u2019art. 33 del D.P.R. 207\/2010, un elaborato obbligatorio del progetto esecutivo.
\nNell\u2019art. 38 dello stesso provvedimento si afferma, tra l\u2019altro, che il piano di manutenzione deve essere redatto tenendo conto dell\u2019opera effettivamente realizzata allo scopo di garantire nel tempo il mantenimento delle caratteristiche di qualit\u00e0 e di efficienza; affinch\u00e9 tali caratteristiche possano essere stimate e garantite, la normativa richiede che vengano individuati i requisiti e le prestazioni del manufatto in corso di progettazione.<\/p>\n

Le Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni (D.M. 14 gennaio 2008) hanno introdotto l’obbligo di allegare al progetto strutturale esecutivo il \u201cpiano di manutenzione della parte strutturale dell\u2019opera\u201d.<\/p>\n

PDM\u00a0<\/strong>consente con estrema facilit\u00e0 ed efficienza la compilazione del piano di manutenzione, per qualunque opera pubblica o privata, secondo la forma richiesta dalle norme vigenti.<\/p>\n

L\u2019utente mantiene un controllo completo sul livello di dettaglio del documento che intende creare. Il software, infatti, mette a disposizione degli archivi di base al fine di velocizzare le operazioni di inserimento ma consente allo stesso tempo di aggiungere e salvare nuovi dati, a seconda delle proprie esigenze, personalizzando cos\u00ec l\u2019elaborato.<\/p>\n
