This page explains how a purchase on behalf of an end customer works and how to join the reseller program.<\/p>\n<h2>How a purchase on behalf of a customer works<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prices<\/strong> \u2014 the list prices published on our website apply. Registered resellers receive dedicated conditions through a reserved coupon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invoicing<\/strong> \u2014 the invoice is issued to the paying party (the reseller), who then invoices their own customer. No commercial contact between us and your customer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>License<\/strong> \u2014 the license is <strong>registered in the name of the end customer<\/strong> (company name and email to be indicated in the order notes or by email after the purchase).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payments<\/strong> \u2014 handled by <strong>Stripe<\/strong>, a leading international payment platform. We never see or store card data; the end customer has no visibility of your payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Account and license: two separate things<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rule that protects your margin is simple: <strong>the store account belongs to the buyer, the license belongs to the user.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>The account remains yours.<\/strong> You create it at checkout with your own email: everything commercial lives there \u2014 order, invoice, reserved price, setup download. The end customer never receives those credentials.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The license is registered to the end customer.<\/strong> The activation data (licensee name and the customer&#8217;s email) are recorded in their name. You download the setup and hand the installer and activation data over to your customer: no user-area access is needed to use the software.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If the end customer wants their own user area<\/strong>, we create a second account under their email and associate only the license and the download permission with it.
