The site is owned by \u202f<\/span>EngSoft S.R.L.<\/span><\/b>, headquartered in\u202f<\/span>Cluj-Napoca, Romania \u2013 EU VAT RO30277934. Following its statutory objectives, it has created the technological platform of the site and identified the technical procedures for organizing the e-commerce service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

The e-commerce service is provided by\u202f <\/span>EngSoft S.R.L.<\/span><\/b>, which processes purchase orders through its platform under technical and organizational procedures.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

To facilitate the online process, when filling out the order form, the user will see the personal information that has previously been entered in the registration form and is required to complete the process of service delivery (e.g. name, surname, address), without re-entering the data into the corresponding fields of the order form.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

The user allows \u202f<\/span>EngSof S.R.L.<\/span><\/b>\u202fthe collection of data (which EngSoft will treat in compliance with the Privacy Code according to the customer\u2019s country) and email address necessary to the process of service delivery, data that will be given to \u202f<\/span>EngSoft S.R.L.<\/span><\/b>\u202fonly through the selection of the button that enables the transmission of the purchase order and not before.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

WITHDRAWAL<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Sales include a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, with items returned within 14 days of receipt (or of a download of software from our servers if the delivery is electronic). The right to return items such as software protection is valid until the registration codes are delivered.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

To return an item, please write to us (via a registered letter addressed to our office) or fax.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

The electronic delivery consists of downloading the item from our user area and is free of additional charges. It allows you to activate the software via the web and be up and running in a few hours.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n
